Questions about compliance review.
No. A passed check means the AI found nothing missing or inconsistent in that document. Only a person on your compliance team can approve the file.
State and board requirements are built in, and your brokerage adds its own checklist items and policies. Each check says which rule it applied.
Unclear scans, conflicting values and anything it can’t confirm are flagged for your reviewer instead of passed.
